Recovering Your Passport

RECOVERING YOUR PASSPORT

If, as a condition of your pretrial release, or your conditions of post-conviction supervision, you were ordered to surrender your passport, you will need to send a copy of your discharge from supervision letter, along with a written request, to retrieve your valid passport to the following address:
