We believe in enhancing public safety by promoting positive changes in the lives of persons who appear before the Court and are assigned to our supervision. People are capable of change and when presented with effective interventions, based in evidence, persons can make better decisions, leading to successful outcomes. Creating a pathway for positive changes helps restore families and enhances community safety.
